I said „Mama, it’s crazy and it scares me, but I want it by my side
I need it to be satisfied
Though it’s wild, dangerous and bad
And sometimes just plain mad”

I said “Friend, you speak to me of passion
You said never settle for nothing less
I’m tired of the computer every night
and just feel what I do will be right”

I said “Sister, don’t you understand?
there’s all I ever wanted in this land
we might think and feel in different ways
but I will love it for the rest of my days!"

You call me, “baby, don’t listen what they all say
There comes a time when you have to break away
There are things we all cling to all our life
It’s time to let them go and be brave!"

I replied “Country of freedom, I might
Not like all of you, but that’s alright
you're what I'm wildly desiring
for you're so inspiring
and For this dream to come true I will fight!"
